Federal Heights is one of those neighborhoods that you see in the movies but you think they don't really exist because they are just too picturesque. I think half of Utah's population dreams of living there someday, and the other half just hasn't seen it yet. Sycamore lined streets, unbelievably beautiful homes, large yards, and an excellent location make this one of Utah's best neighborhoods.
Federal Heights is located to the east of The Avenues and to the west of the University of Utah. This neighborhood was founded over 100 years ago and was where the officers who were stationed at Fort Douglas built their mansions. The yards tend to be much larger than in The Avenues and the homes tend to be bigger. If you haven't had a chance to check this neighborhood out yet, you definitely need to take a drive through or call me if you want to look at some properties.
